bring you this very unique
publication.
Second,
I would like to thank you in advance for taking
the time to peruse The Private Placement Review.
Within its folds you will be introduced to the world of
private placement investments; an alien world for
most investors!
Third,
I would like to inform you that you hold in your
hands the key to unraveling and understanding the
confusion often, and sometimes intentionally,
associated with the Private Placement investments.
The opportunity for huge returns in a basically non-
regulated forum can create a very hostile environment
for the average investor. However, because these
investments not only promise but can and do deliver
extraordinary opportunities for tremendous returns,
many investors have “taken the plunge” only to find out
that the pool has been drained. In fact, in many cases
the investors have been astonished to discover that
there never was a pool, just a diving board; or should
that be plank!
Each
month The Private Placement Review will
dissect, in depth, various types of private placement
offerings. We will then show you clear, concise and
simple steps to debunk the scams and discover the gems.
(But remember, not all gems are equal. You will still
be required to do your due diligence.) . You will be
given tools by which to evaluate and assess those all
too often, “Can’t Miss” deals that you get from
telephone, fax or e-mail solicitors, brokers, your
friends, and, of course, from all those great deals you
run into at investor trade shows. (If they are offered
at a trade show, they must be good deals, right? WRONG!
) There are legitimate good deals and diligent
forthright entrepreneurs in the private sector. BUT,
there are many more individuals who make their
money raising money and really have less than your
best interest at heart. We will show you how to
unveil the deceivers.
It is
not the purpose or intention of TPPR to bash
companies or, for that matter, to recommend companies.
The TPPR will only look at types of deals
and offerings. TPPR will not be dissecting specific
companies or offerings.
We are
currently developing an abbreviated schedule of seminars
in key locations throughout the U.S. beginning in the
Summer/Fall of 2007 & Spring 2008. Contact TPPR
for a seminar near you. If you would like
for me (Marty S. Lile) to be a guest speaker at
your next investment club or group meeting,
contact TPPR for scheduling.
